What Should I Look for in a Concussion PT?

handshake

Concussion is complex and challenges every part of your being, not just the physical - but these are necessary minimum requirements for every concussion therapist.

They need to ask about, evaluate and treat these four domains efficiently and appropriately:
*the neck
*the eyes
*the vestibular system
*exercise tolerance.

Ideally they can take it a step further and treat, ya know...THE WHOLE PERSON! Meeting you where you’re at with compassion & love and walking with you on your journey back to full health.

And then take it another step further and integrate these four domains to get you moving, functional, and crushing life again symptom-free.

Folks, which piece of the puzzle is/has been the most valuable for your recovery? Therapists, which piece of the puzzle feels the hardest to treat?

πŸ™‹β€β™‚οΈ Mine is the neck! Always aiming to learn and grow in that department.
